There is an old Chinese saying that it is such a delight to have friends coming from afar! On the morning of Jan 08, 2024, we greeted both Mr Wang from Shandong province of China and Mr Aka*** from Bangkok of Thailand, who came to our factory to receive training together. What a coincidence! Both Mr Wang and Mr Aka*** ordered the same machine model ( long-roller machine for making industrial roller brushes) two months ago, thus these two friends did nearly the same homework in our workshop. Under the guidance of the technician, they set up programs, made roller brush samples, disassembled and reassembled the tufting tools, also learned how to process spare parts by various grinding tools in our workshop. Being a national exhibition of brush industry and the largest brush industry exhibition in the world, the third China International Brush Making Industry Exhibition (CIBRUSH) was successfully held in Shenzhen from Sep.13, 2023 to Sep.15, 2023, which integrated brush industry equipment, technologies, accessories, raw materials and finished brushes. As a professinal factory of CNC brush machines , Guangdong Wangxinda Machines Co., Ltd. dispacthed a 5-person team to participate in this CIBRUSH 2023. According to those economists, the lifting of pandemic restrictions would eventually usher in a strong economic rebound, as the country learned to live with the Covid-19 virus. However, those Covid-19 cases indeed subsided in the past several months, most of us already got back to normal, and, our brush machines became attractive to both new and old customers again!! After meeting those business partners from Pakistan, Kenya and India, recently we also had the honor to greet Mr Frankie and his technicians from Thailand. On the morning of Jul. 26, 2023, the mild-tempered customer Mr Frankie and his two technicians arrived at our factory to start QC and training for their machines: a 2-axis 2-head roller brush making machine and a small roller brush trimming machine .

Since covid-19 swept across the world in 2019, it had a profound impact on the global economy. All the major industries and services were seriously affected by the crisis from 2019.12 to 2022.12, so were we!! Fortunately, since our government lifted the epidemic restrictions in Dec 2022, most domestic enterprises started recovering at a moderate pace. Everything gradually got back to normal, overseas customers started coming to visit us again, thus we had the honour to meet new and old customers again. After seeing off the Pakistani customers at the beginning of May, we met another old friend from Kenya on the early morning of Jun.15 --- Mr Joseph, who has used our brush machines for more than six years and has already visited our facotry for three times till now.

In this festive season, we met a respected customer from Pakistan -- Mr Azhar Masood, who came to our workshop to accept the training for his 3-axis brush tufting machine for the first time. Mr Azhar is completely a green hand with brush making machines , however, with a determined effort and great patience, he managed to overcome all the difficulties. It's known that the most difficult part for a green hand is assembling the tufting-pole which should push out U-shaped staples continually and smoothly! Therefore when Mr Azhar saw the standard U-shaped staples which were successfully pushed out from the tufting-mouth assembled by himself, he indeed smiled comfortingly and relaxedly, and we all enjoyed his successful moments. Never have we met a customer as fast-paced as Mr Turner! After Mr Turner and his son Mr Theo finished the flight from Shanghai to Guangzhou and reached the hotel, it was already 01:30 on the early morning of Nov 18, 2017. Without a good rest, Mr Turner still asked us to pick up them from the hotel as early as possible and said he just couldn't wait to see his machine. After finishing the simple breakfast (bread and milk) in our office, Mr Turner quickly started to run his 3-axis 3-head machine to produce roller brush samples around 09:00, with the help of Technician Ji. On the morning of Nov 07, 2017, we met a regular Indian customer - Mr Shailendra, who is from Agra and already ordered ten sets of our brush machines in the past four years. After finalizing the new order for a 4-axis toilet brush tufting machine and discussing the details about spare parts for his old tufting machines in the morning, Mr Shailendra still seized every minute and second to negotiate with a mould supplier in our office, and finally confirmed the order for four moulds (used for casting plastic toilet brush pieces) in the afternoon. For training, some customers came alone, and some came with agents or friends. This time, our Iranian customer Mr Saeed came with his dear family members -- father and sister. On the afternoon of August 21, 2017, we met the family led by Mr Saeed, who was in casual sports wear, with a dashing moustache! Although exhausted by the long journey, Mr Saeed started his training very soon. The 2-axis tufting machine ordered by him was a staple-type one (round-wire machine), used to tuft flat plastic brooms , which was completely new for Saeed. Many customers didn't come to visit our factory personally before placing orders, neither did Mr Mohsin, who was from Punjab, Pakistan. On the morning of August 14, 2017, wearing a pair of black glasses, Mr Mohsin arrived at our workshop to start training for his 4-axis broom tufting machine , which would be used to produce totally three different broom models in his own factory: two flat broom models with 80mm filaments and a fan-shaped broom model with 150mm filaments . On the afternoon of August 15, 2017, Mr Ziya Kaya came to visit us, with his assistant Ms Feyza. Mr Ziya is one of our "oldest" Turkish customers! Six years ago, he already ordered two sets of 4-axis 2-head broom tufting machines which were used to tuft plastic brooms with 260mm filaments. At that time, one of his technicians even stayed in our workshop for about a month, for the purpose of trying to get familiar with all aspects of the machines, learning how to deal with those typical mechanical problems which might occur during production. On the afternoon of Jun.26, 2017, a tall and mild gentleman from Kenya -- Mr Dhiresh, led his technician team (Mr Joseph and Mr Nicholas) to our workshop to start training for their 2-axis scrub brush tufting machine . Mr Dhiresh ran a large-scaled brush making factory for nearly 30 years, which played a leading role in Kenya. As the chief engineer in his factory, Mr Joseph had run round-wire brush machines for more than 20 years, absolutely he hadn't any problem in using a new tufting machines, although it was actually the first time for him to make brushes by a flat-wire machine. On the morning of May 22, 2017, Mr Mustafa (Ethiopian customer) came to our factory to start the training for his 2-axis broom tufting machine . It's known that CE marking is a mandatory conformity marking for certain products sold within the European Economic Area (EEA) since 1985. On Jun 17, 2016, we gained CE certificate for our CNC brush machines , the certificate number was M.2016.201.Y1408 as displayed below, which indicated that our brush machines met the requirements of the applicable EC directives. CE mark consists of the CE logo and 4-digit identification number (UDEM) of the notified organization involved in the conformity assemssment procedure. It seemed that July 2013 was the particular period for us to meet particularly old customers. As extremely old Pakistani customers, Mr Sarup Chand H and Mr Ramaish Kumar (father and son) came to visit us on July 24, 2013, also for training (learning their new machines). Mr Igor Fedorpov came from Kazakhstan, and was one of our very very old customers. His first business inquiry was sent in Mar 2010, that was already three years and a half ago! After longperiod negotiation, Mr Igor finally started business with us by a 2-axis 2-head machine for making wood strip brushes . With amiable smile, Mr Igor came to our factory to start training on July 29, 2013. Our old Turkish friend, Mr Harun, came to visit for the second time. He arrived in Guangzhou on July 14, 2013, and came to our workshop to start training and QC on July 15, 2013, all of us were so glad to meet this old friend again. Mr Minho Ha was one of our esteemed customers from Korea, who was really a mild gentleman. He arrived in our workshop at 13:30pm on May 09, with his Chinese friend (a translator for Korean) together. As a veteran who already used the similar brush machines for years, he was so excited to see his new CNC long-roller machine , and just couldn't wait to start running it as soon as possible. Two of our South African customers, Mr Yunus and Mr Maroof, came to our factory on December 10, 2012, for both inspection and training. Mr Yunus and Mr Maroof were father and son. Maroof was an old user of brush machines . He could run all the machines in his own factory and already got a lot of experience in similar brush machines, so, he comletely had no problem with his new 5-axis 2-head brush drilling & tufting machine , which was ordered in August 2012. Mr David and Ms Amanda were a happy couple from England, they came to our factory for training on Nov 26, 2012. David made disk brushes manually before, so he was actually new in the field of CNC brush machine , but he managed to run his 2-axis 2-head disk brush machine very well, with the help of Technician Wu. Being young and smart, he also learnt and assembled the spare parts smoothly without any difficulty. David was assembling spare parts Technician Wu was explaining to David When David was working hard with machine, Ms Amanda most of the time was reading or playing with Ipad on the sofa in our workshop, and keeping an eye on her honey husband. The sweet couple finished training on Nov 28 and left for England on Nov 30, 2012.

Mr Anton, one of our old customers from Belarus, came to visit us on Nov 26, 2012. Anton, without visiting our factory and checking our machines personally, only by means of email communication, already started business with us by a 2-axis 2-head machine (which was used to make snow brushes) in Aug 2011. At that time he didn't come for training, either. Fortunately, he could finally manage the machine very well at his side completely by his own talent.
