With X-axis supporting left/right movements of the worktable, Y-axis supporting forward/backward movements, Z/A-axis supporting swinging movements and H-axis supporting up/down movements, a 5-axis machine works very flexibly, it can produce nearly all kinds of brush models within the size range, no matter the brush surface is flat, curved, fan-shaped, wavy, convex or spherical. Of course, to use only a 5-axis machine to make all the different brush models mentioned above, operator must have enough worktables and corresponding fixtures ready on hand, which should be customized in advance. That's also why a 5-axis machine is much more expensive.
