With A-axis supporting up/down movements of the worktables, 4-axis machines are thus able to make more tridimensional brush models, such as spherical toilet brushes, double-side hockey brushes and convex cleaning brushes, etc, while 3-axis machines only make curved brushes & roller brushes, and 2-axis machines make most flat brushes. And, for the spherical toilet brushes and double-side hockey brushes made by 4-aixs machines, please note that the filaments are still tufted vertically at 90 degrees, but for the flat/curved brooms and disk brushes tufted by 4-axis machines, the filaments could be made tilting at different angles, which is adjustable in program.
