This is a CNC 4-axis tufting machine making a black disk brush with filaments in two colors, its tufting method is staple-type (round wire). Its size is standard, the maximum diameter of plastic disk allowed is 500mm, while the maximum length of filaments (outside holes) allowed is 120mm, other size could be customized.

As a 4-axis machine, the filaments could be tufted vertical to the surface at 90 degrees, or tilting at any angles, which is adjustable.

Please note that it's a tufting machine only, it cannot drill holes, thus the plastic disk pieces should be already molded with holes in advance. If your original plastic disk pieces are molded without holes, you might be interested to take a look at this 4-axis 3-head disk brush making machine, which could drill holes on plastic disk pieces.
