There are so many different 2-axis brush machines, which machine model is the most suitable one for your own production? Please kindly consider according to these points: 1) Take a look at the brush surface to be processed, is it flat, curved, fan-shaped or round? Please note that most 2-axis machines make flat brushes only. 2) Check the angle of brush filaments. 2-Axis machines only tuft filaments vertically. 3) Your original plastic brush pieces are moulded with holes or not, please? If they are already moulded with holes, you might need only a 2-axis tufting machine; if they are moulded without holes, a 2-axis 3-head machine or a 2-axis 5-head machine would be the best choice.
