Never have we met a customer as fast-paced as Mr Turner!

After Mr Turner and his son Mr Theo finished the flight from Shanghai to Guangzhou and reached the hotel, it was already 01:30 on the early morning of Nov 18, 2017. Without a good rest, Mr Turner still asked us to pick up them from the hotel as early as possible and said he just couldn't wait to see his machine.

After finishing the simple breakfast (bread and milk) in our office, Mr Turner quickly started to run his 3-axis 3-head machine to produce roller brush samples around 09:00, with the help of Technician Ji.

As expected, set up the program, dismantled and assembled the spare parts, ground the cutter ... he didn't find difficulties in training! Of course not! Mr Turner himself has designed and produced agricultural machinery for years in his own company in South Africa. Being a veteran mechanical engineer, he didn't only check and run his 3-axis roller brush machine, but also made really useful suggestions aiming to improve the structure of our brush machines, which were greatly appreciated by our Chief Engineer, Mr Chen.

After finishing the bigger roller brush sample at 13:30, without having lunch, Mr Turner and Theo still fighted the clock to set out to visit a company for laser cutters in Dongguan, moreover, they would come back to Guangzhou again to catch the plane at 21:00. Wish them a very smooth journey! And sincerely we are looking forward to meeting the really fast-paced father and son again!
