Mr Minho Ha was one of our esteemed customers from Korea, who was really a mild gentleman.

He arrived in our workshop at 13:30pm on May 09, with his Chinese friend (a translator for Korean) together. As a veteran who already used the similar brush machines for years, he was so excited to see his new CNC long-roller machine, and just couldn't wait to start running it as soon as possible.

Minho himself was the chief technician in his own factory, he was skilled and had over 10 years' experience on tufting machines, he was so familiar with the machine structure that the training was finished quickly and high-efficiently, which was really much faster than we expected.

Training was finished smoothly on May 10. After the nice supper with us together, Mr Minho said goodbye to us and went to his friend's place for relaxation. He would catch the plane to Korea the next day.
