As the importer, Mr Dias was in charge of all the formalities of import & export, moreover, he worked as the translator between Mr Jayasooriya and us. Being the manufacturer, Mr Jayasooriya was responsible for running his 3-axis brush tufting machine to make both plastic brooms and toilet brushes , he was the real trainee. Mr Gavrilov was from Russia, who was also an old cusotmer. He sent first business inquiry about CNC disk brush tufting machine in Mar 2011, and already came to visit us for the first time in May 2012. Three Egyptian customers, Mr Ahmed Afifi, Mr Hani and Mr Hazem came to our factory to start training on Sep 15, 2012. Mr Ahmed was one of our very very very old customers, he started first business inquiry about our brush machines in Jun 2009 and already visited us for the first time in Jun 2012, so, this was his second time to stay in our workshop. Daniel was from Mexico, who came to our factory for QC and training from July 23 to July 27, 2012. Daniel's machine was a 3-axis 3-head machine for making small industrial roller brushes. As a matter of fact, we didn't really "train" him a lot. He was an engineer in his own company, already ran similar brush machines for years and had rich experiences, so, most of the time, he actually "learnt" and tested the machine by himself. Two Peruvian customers, Mr Smith and Mr Carlos, came to visit us on Apr 9, 2012, for the purpose of training (learning how to run their 5-axis 2-head broom drilling & tufting machine and 2-axis scrub brush tufting machine ). Carlos was a technician and had rich experience of plastic injection machines, so, he handled our brush machines quite smoothly, it was just an easy job for him. They liked Chinese food, so, the meal time actually became a kind of gathering of friends between us, we all enojyed the moment with them.

Our esteemed Indian customers, Jain Brothers (Mr Kunal Jain and Mr Sunal Jain), came to visit us on the morning of Aug 08, 2011. Actually it was already the second time that Mr Suanl Jain visited us. His first visit was made in Aug 2010, with his father together last time. However, this time, Mr Sunal Jain and his brother came for QC and learning 5-axis 3-head machine they ordered. On the afternoon of May 31, 2011, Morocco customer, Mr Mohamed Benhoud, came to our factory for QC and training. Mr Mohamed himself was a professional engineer and had rich experiences on CNC machines , consequently, the so-called "training" was just as easy as ABC for him. Very easily, he finished learning the programs within just an hour. For the rest of the time, he just focused on all the mechanical parts. Mr Altun didn't just come to see his pneumatic brislte cutting machine which was ordered a month ago, but also checked other machines attentively in our workshop. Mr M. Pattanayoot and Mr S. Sombat were from Thailand, they came to our factory to learn the machine on Mar.28, 2011. They placed order for a long-roller machine in Aug 2010. Warren, a very humorous man, came from England, was one of our most important customers in UK. He came to visit us for the third time on Mar.07, 2011. Mr Richard Alan Code, who was one of our esteemed clients from Canada, came to visit us on Dec. 02, 2010. Mr Saifuddin Rajkot Wala is one of our old customers from Pakistan. He was from Karachi and already established the business relationship with us two years ago. Mr Arif, one of our first batch of Turkish customers, came to visited us on Apr.01, 2010. He was quite smart and spent only half a day, actually around 2 hours, in learning how to run his long-roller brush machine which made big roller brushes with horse hair. Thanks to the internet promotion, we have expanded international trading business successfully, developing more and more customers from different foreign countries, such as Turkey, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, Tunisia, India, Indonesia, Russia, etc. On the evening of Aug.26, 2009, we met an esteemed client -- Tony, who came from Durban, South Africa. Actually this was Tony's second cooperation with us.
