On the morning of Nov 07, 2017, we met a regular Indian customer - Mr Shailendra, who is from Agra and already ordered ten sets of our brush machines in the past four years.

After finalizing the new order for a 4-axis toilet brush tufting machine and discussing the details about spare parts for his old tufting machines in the morning, Mr Shailendra still seized every minute and second to negotiate with a mould supplier in our office, and finally confirmed the order for four moulds (used for casting plastic toilet brush pieces) in the afternoon.

"Your machines are easy for me during these years ... His mould was the best one, even his price was more expensive but no problem, I'm very satisfied with his mould, I've used it for three years and no problem at all, but the other moulds from other suppliers started giving me problems after only a year, the hole sizes became bigger and the plastic edges leaked out ..." During the business negotiation, as a veteran entrepreneur engaged in brush production for years, Mr Shailendra frankly shared his opinions with us.

In the evening, Mr Shailendra was also delighted to enjoy the Chinese dishes with our Chinese customer and us together, as an old friend.

Ever since his first order, Mr Shailendra in fact has kept visiting us one or two times a year, till now he has visited us at least 8 times! Therefore, Mr Shailendra is not only familiar with everybody (bosses, international sales, technicians) in our factory, but also used to the nearby surroundings so well, that's why he himself just directly walked to our factory from the hotel on the morning of Nov 08, absolutely like a native did!

This time Mr Shailendra will stay with us for four days and leave for India on the evening of Nov 10, 2017.

Undoubtedly we believe that both the close friendship and the long-term business relationship between Mr Shailendra and us will last forever.
