General Introduction of CNC 3-Axis Single Side Hockey Brush (Curved Toilet Brush) Filling Machine WXD-3A001 

1) This WXD-3A001 is used to produce single side hockey brushes (curved toilet brushes) with filaments in two colors. Please be informed that the plastic brush bases should be molded with holes in advance.

2) It's equipped with Panasonic servo motors, which guarantee stable performance of the machine. The fastest filling speed is 7 holes per second.

3) Besides single side hockey brushes (curved toilet brushes), operator could also use it to produce fan-shaped brooms and some other similar curved brushes, on condition that the grippers are changed accordingly and the corresponding program for each different brush model is set up correctly.

4) Under automatic mode, this brush filling machine WXD-3A001 keeps working continuously between two grippers, non-stop.

However, semi-automatic mode is also available in the program, which is user friendly for a beginner. Under semi-automatic mode, the machine automatically stops after it finishes filling a curved toilet brush, so that there is enough time for the beginner to change toilet brush pieces.

5) For this single side hockey brush model, all the positions of holes in the program are manually entered by operator, one hole by one hole. Those holes can't be automatically located by the computer, due to the shrinkage problem.

6) Which filaments can this 3-axis brush filling machine WXD-3A001 work with? Besides PP, PVC, PET, nylon filaments, tampico, pig bristles, horse hair, it can also work with stainless steel wires, copper wires and abrasive wires.

7) What's the tufting method? Please note that this brush filling machine WXD-3A001 uses flat wires, but of course we could also make another 3-axis filling machine using round wires, absolutely there's no problem for the tufting method, it's optional. 

8) What about the power supply? Either single-phase 220V or 3-phase 380V, it's optional.

9) After tufting, does operator need to trim the filaments? Yes, trimming is indeed needed. After filling holes with filaments, some filament-ends are a little longer and some are a little shorter, thus operator needs to use a trimming machine to level them, so as to keep all the filament-ends flat and neat.

Maintenance of 3-Axis Single Side Hockey Brush (Curved Toilet Brush) Filling Macine WXD-3A001

1) Operator should often add lubrication oil to the working parts of this single side hockey brush filling machine, so as to decrease abrasion.

2) Operator should regularly check each part to see whether there is a loose screw, and please make sure to tighten it, if he finds a loose one.

3) Please keep guide rails and ballscrews clean, and make sure that there is no scrap sticking on them, so as not to decrease the precision.

4) Be sure that the electric box works under ventilative conditions; do not put this CNC toilet brush filling machine under humid or high-temperature conditions; do not shake the electric box.

5) Please keep electric box far away from magnetic field, otherwise it will be probably out of control.

6) Be sure that all cables connect correctly. Red, blue and yellow cables connect with three-phase 380V wires, green cable connects with neutral wire, yellow-green cable connects with earth wire. Plugs are numbered as "1, 2, 3, 4 , 5", "1, 2, 3" are for 3-phase 380V wires, "4" is for neutral wire, "5" is for earth wire.

7) The working voltage should be stable, around AC380±10V; over-voltage will probably cause the ruin of electronics.

8) Do not knock at the touchable screen with hard articles, otherwise it'll decrease its sensibility or even break the screen.

9) Please note that there is high-voltage electricity inside electric box. If it is out of order, only professional electricians are allowed to check and dismantle it. Non-professionals are prohibited to dismantle it, so as to avoid getting an electric shock and the ruin of data.

10) Do not drag wires rudely.
