This is a 3-axis brush filling machine used to produce single side hockey brushes (curved toilet brushes). It's equipped with Panasonic servo motors, the fastest filling speed is 7 holes per second.

In the above video it's making two yellow single side hockey brushes (curved toilet brushes) with dark green filaments, but please be informed that in fact it could make brushes with filaments in two colors. 

After tufting filaments, some filament-ends are a little longer and some are a little shorter, that's why operater also uses a trimming machine to level all the filament-ends, so as to keep them flat and neat.

However, if you'd like to make double side hockey brushes, a 4-axis tufting machine is recommended.
