General Introduction Of Single Side Hockey Brush (Curved Toilet Brush) Trimming Machine WXD-TM200

1) This trimming machine WXD-TM200 is used to trim those filament-ends of curved toilet brushes (single side hockey brushes), so as to keep all the filament-ends flat and neat.

2) The operation is very simple and easy.

After operator puts a curved toilet brush into the gripper, he just needs to step on the foot switch to lock the brush piece to be trimmed automatically. After trimming, operator releases the foot switch and the gripper automatically unlocks to let operator take away the processed toilet brush.

3) It's equipped with automatic vacuum cleaner, which helps to keep the workshop clean.

4) Those trimming blades are made of imported steel with excellent tenacity, which are abrasion-resistant. The blades could rotate in both clockwise and counterclockwise directions, which are controlled by the switches installed aside. Please bear in mind that operator should put nothing on the blades before they start rotating.

5) This WXD-TM200 is used to trim those curved toilet brushes (single side hockey brushes) with filaments made from PP, PVC, PET, nylon, pig bristles, tampico, etc, please note that the diameter of a single filament should not be thicker than 1.2mm.

6) Please be informed that it is not allowed to trim brushes with stainless steel wires, copper wires or abrasive wires.

Maintenance Of Curved Toilet Brush (Single Side Hockey Brush) Trimming Machine WXD-TM200

1) Operator should keep this hockey brush trimming machine clean, and often spray the blades with anti-rust agent. 

2) If the blades become blunt, please smear the blades with diamond paste, and then switch it on to make the blades rotate in counterclockwise direction for 5 to 10 minutes. Please note that diamond paste should be wiped out thoroughly after grinding.

3) Operator should regularly check each part of this hockey brush trimming machine to see whether there are loose screws or not, and please make sure to tighten it if he finds a loose one, so as to avoid any accident.

4) If this brush trimming machine is always deposited in a humid environment, please check whether there is leakage of electricity around the motor before usage. If operator feels leakage of electricity, please make sure to dry it thoroughly before running, so as to keep safe.
