This is a CNC 2-axis 5-head machine with six sets of grippers holding totally 24 scrub brushes on worktable. Under "Automatic Mode", it works continually, non-stop.

It can make almost all kinds of flat brushes, as long as the brush size is not bigger than 400mm (Length) x 100mm (Width).

As a 2-axis machine, please kindly note that all the holes and filaments are made vertical at 90 degrees. If you prefer to make brushes with filaments tilting at different angles, a 5-axis 3-head machine is recommended.
