What Are The Differences Among 2-Axis, 3-Axis, 4-Axis And 5-Axis Brush Machines?

For all kinds of CNC brush machines, normally the working principle is like this:

The left/right movements of worktable are supported by X-axis;

The forward/backward movements of worktable are supported by Y-axis;

The rotating movements of worktable are supported by Z-axis;

The up/down movements of worktable are supported by H-axis;

The swinging movements of worktable are supported by A-axis.

2-axis machines includes X-axis and Y-axis; usually they are used to make flat plastic brooms, scrub brushes, and other flat cleaning brushes.

3-axis machines includes X-axis, Y-axis and Z-axis; they are often used to make curved toilet brushes, curved brooms and roller brushes, etc.

4-axis machines includes X-axis, Y-axis, Z-axis and H-axis; in most cases they are used to make ball-type toilet brushes, hockey brushes, fan-shaped brooms and other brushes with spherical surfaces.

5-axis machines includes X-axis, Y-axis, Z-axis, H-axis and A-axis; which are very flexible, they can make nearly all kinds of daily cleaning brushes, no matter the brush surfaces are flat, curved, spherical, fan-shaped or round!
