As you could see from the above video, all those plastic brush bases are automatically fed into grippers one piece by one piece. After tufting and trimming, those finished clothes washing brushes also automatically slide out of the grippers.

Automation is increased, thus the need for manpower is greatly decreased!

Unlike those traditional brush machine models, this new model helps manufacturers save the labor cost enormously! As an operator is completely capable of running two or even three sets of them simultaneously, in massive production. However, we all know that three operators are needed to run three sets of machines, if using those traditional models.
