This is a 4-in-1 hairbrush making machine of the latest design, with integrated functions of feeding, drilling, tufting and trimming! In the above video, it's making a black hairbrush with plastic filaments, each hole is filled with only a piece of thick plastic filament.
There are four grippers holding four hairbrushes on worktable. On the left, each plastic hairbrush base is automatically fed onto the gripper to be drilled, tufted and trimmed.
After trimming, the gripper automatically unlocks to let the finished hairbrush fall on the floor.
