This is a CNC 2-axis broom tufting machine with automatic broom-bases feeding system.

It's equipped with two robotic arms. Under automatic mode, a robotic arm keeps conveying each plastic broom base into the gripper to be tufted. After filling holes with filaments, each finished broom is also automatically taken away from the gripper by another robotic arm.

The great advantage of this new model is that it helps a manufacturer effectively decrease the labor cost! During the daily production, it's quite normal that each operator is responsible for running a machine, but using this model with automatic feeding system, an operator could easily run two machines synchronously, which greatly saves the labor cost for a manufacturer.
