It is a CNC 3-axis wood brush making machine of the latest design, with integrated functions of feeding, drilling, tufting and trimming, thus it's a 4-in-1 machine.

It's equipped with two robotic arms. Under automatic mode, a robotic arm keeps conveying each wood brush base onto the gripper to be drilled, tufted and trimmed. After trimming filaments, each finished wood brush is also automatically taken away from the gripper by another robotic arm.

Compared with the old model, this 4-in-1 wood brush machine has a clear superiority that it helps a manufacturer greatly save the labor cost. We all know it's quite normal that each operator is responsible for running a machine in the workshop, but using this new model with automatic feeding system, an operator is completely capable of running two machines synchronously, which effectively decreases the labot cost for a manufacturer!
