This 2-axis 5-head machine is our latest model, just finished in August 2017!
It's equipped with three drilling-heads & two tufting-heads, and the tufting method is anchor-type (flat wire). There are six sets of grippers holding totally 24 pcs of small plastic scrub brushes on worktable.
It's a 2-axis machine, thus all the holes and filaments are made vertical at 90 degrees only, they can't be tilting at different angles. If you'd like to make brushes with holes and filaments which are tilting at different angles, a 5-axis 3-head machine is strongly recommended.
