It's a CNC 3-axis brush filling machine making small hair dye brushes.
Unlike other standardized machine models, it's one of our latest designs with automatic feeding system.
The plastic hair dye brush bases are automatically fed into grippers to be tufted. After tufting, the rotating grippers automatically convey the brush bases to be trimmed, thus an operator is completely capable of running two machines synchronously, which helps a manufacturer decrease the labor cost.
