One of our customers is using 6 sets of 2-axis broom tufting machines with automatic broom-bases feeding system in his workshop for massive production of plastic brooms.

Compared with the old model, the great advantage of this new broom machine model is that it helps a manufacturer effectively reduce the labor cost! During the daily production, it's quite normal that each operator is responsible for running a machine, but using this new model with automatic feeding system, an operator is able to run two broom tufting machines synchronously, which greatly saves the labor cost for a manufacturer.
