This is a CNC 5-axis 5-head machine making white spherical toilet brushes with green filaments. Equipped with three drilling-heads and two tufting-heads, it finishes two toilet brushes within a working cycle, which is twice that of a 5-axis 3-head machine.
As a 5-axis machine, it's very flexible. If installing a round worktable (like the one in the above video), it can make spherical toilet brushes, hockey-style toilet brushes and other similar round cleaning brushes. However, if installing a flat worktable instead of the round one, then it can make brushes with flat, curved or fan-shaped surfaces.
