In your workshop, are the workers still manually changing broom pieces during production?
As you could see from the above video, if using broom tufting machines with automatic feeding systems, the workers could be released from changing broom pieces, thus a worker is completely capable of running two sets of broom machines simultaneously!
This broom machine is equipped with two robotic arms. One arm keeps conveying the plastic broom bases into gripper to be tufted, the other immediately takes out the tufted broom pieces once it's finished.
