General Introduction of 2-Axis High-Speed Scrub Brush Filling Machine WXD-2A002

1) Many Chinese, Pakistani, Sri Lankan and Indian manufacturers use this model to produce plastic scrubbing brushes, which is indeed a popular model in China, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and India.

Of course, besides plastic scrub brushes, this model WXD-2A002 can also make many other flat brush models, such as plastic brooms, snow cleaning brushes and other similar daily brushes, as long as the tufting surfaces are horizontally flat. In a word, it makes most flat brushes. Moreover, please bear in mind that all the plastic brush bases should be moulded with holes in advance.

2) It processes filaments in two colors, and the maximum length of folded filaments (outside holes) allowed is 110mm. A machine in other size range could be customized.

3) The maximum tufting/filling area is 400mm (Length) x 200mm (Width), which is suitable for most daily cleaning brushes.

4) On the worktable of this scrub brush filling machine WXD-2A002, there are four grippers holding four scrubbing brushes. However, this could be adjusted according to customer's production requirements. Some of our machines were made with two grippers holding two scrubbing brushes,  and some were made with even eight brushes on worktable.

5) In program, all the hole positions are located and entered manually, one hole by one hole. Hole positions could be deleted, inserted, duplicated and moved.

Maintenance of CNC High-Speed 2-Axis Scrub Brush Filling Machine WXD-2A002

1) Operator should often add lubrication oil to the working parts of this scrub brush filling machine, so as to decrease abrasion.

2) Operator should regularly check each part to see whether there is a loose screw, and please make sure to tighten it, if he finds a loose one.

3) Please keep guide rails and ballscrews clean, and make sure that there is no scrap sticking on them, so as not to decrease the precision.

4) Be sure that the electric box works under ventilative conditions; do not put this CNC scrubbing brush filling machine under humid or high-temperature conditions; do not shake the electric box.

5) Please keep electric box far away from magnetic field, otherwise it will be probably out of control.

6) Be sure that all cables connect correctly. Red, blue and yellow cables connect with three-phase 380V wires, green cable connects with neutral wire, yellow-green cable connects with earth wire. Plugs are numbered as "1, 2, 3, 4 , 5", "1, 2, 3" are for 3-phase 380V wires, "4" is for neutral wire, "5" is for earth wire.

7) The working voltage should be stable, around AC380±10V; over-voltage will probably cause the ruin of electronics.

8) Do not knock at the touchable screen with hard articles, otherwise it'll decrease its sensibility or even break the screen. Do not drag wires rudely, either.

9) Please note that there is high-voltage electricity inside electric box. If it is out of order, only professional technicians are allowed to check and dismantle it. Non-professionals are prohibited to dismantle it, so as to avoid getting an electric shock and the ruin of data.
