1) This 5-axis 3-head machine WXD-5A3H06 should be the most typical and popular machine model among wood brush manufacturers. It's equipped with two drilling-heads and a tufting-head, which drills holes and fills holes with filaments simultaneously. Wood/plastic brooms, wood shoe-polishing brushes, and other quality plastic cleaning brushes are the most typical brush models it produces.
2) The maximum size of the wood brushes it processes is 400mm (Length) x 100mm (Width). 3) As a 5-axis machine, it can make brushes with filaments either vertical at 90 degrees or tilting at different angles, which is adjustable in programming.
For wood shoe-polishing brushes, some customers make them with filaments vertical at 90 degrees; and some make them with filaments tilting at different angles, which look perfectly radial.
As for wood brooms and quality plastic brooms, manufacturers always make them with filaments tilting at different angles.
4) Normally our machines are used to process brushes with PP/PVC/PET/nylon filaments, pig bristles, tampico filaments, abrasive filaments, stainless steel wires, copper wires, etc, but they cannot work with coir filaments.
5) The maximum length of brush filaments (outside holes) allowed is 120mm; and operator could produce wood brushes or plastic brooms with filaments in either one or two colors.
6) Its tufting method is staple-type (round wire). Normally we suggest using 0.8mm round wires for 4mm holes and 0.9mm round wires for 5mm holes.
7) Please note that this CNC 5-axis 3-head brush machine WXD-5A3H06 is equipped with automatic vacuum cleaner and manual lubrication system.
8) In program, all the hole positions are automatically divided by computer, there is no need for operator to confirm the hole positions one hole by one hole, which is extremely simple and easy. It takes only several minutes for the operaoter to finish a new program.

Maintenance of CNC 5-Axis 3-Head Wood Brush Drilling And Tufting Machine WXD-5A3H06
1) Operator should often add lubrication oil to the working parts of this 5-axis shoe brush machine, so as to decrease abrasion.
2) Operator should regularly check each part to see whether there is a loose screw, and please make sure to tighten it, if he finds a loose one.
3) Please keep guide rails and ballscrews clean, and make sure that there is no scrap sticking on them, so as not to decrease the precision.
4) Be sure that the electric box works under ventilative conditions; do not put this shoe brush machine under humid or high-temperature conditions; do not shake the electric box.
5) Please keep electric box far away from magnetic field, otherwise it will be probably out of control.
6) Be sure that all cables connect correctly. Red, blue and yellow cables connect with three-phase 380V wires, green cable connects with neutral wire, yellow-green cable connects with earth wire. Plugs are numbered as "1, 2, 3, 4 , 5", "1, 2, 3" are for 3-phase 380V wires, "4" is for neutral wire, "5" is for earth wire.
7) The working voltage should be stable, around AC380±10V; over-voltage will probably cause the ruin of electronics.
8) Do not knock at the touchable screen with hard articles, otherwise it'll decrease its sensibility or even break the screen. Do not drag wires rudely, either.
9) Please note that there is high-voltage electricity inside electric box. If it is out of order, only professional technicians are allowed to check and dismantle it. Non-professionals are prohibited to dismantle it, so as to avoid getting an electric shock and the ruin of data.
