This is a CNC 5-axis 3-head machine making white scrubbing brushes, which drills holes and fills holes with white filaments synchronously.
Among all the brush machines, 5-axis machines are the most flexible! Most manufacturers use 5-axis machines to make quality plastic/wood brooms and other small plastic scrubbing brushes with holes tilting at different angles, which look perfectly radial!
However, if making wood shoe brushes or other similar scrubbing brushes with completely vertical holes, a 2-axis 3-head machine or a 2-axis 5-head machine is recommended.
