This is our 3-axis 3-head roller brush drilling and tufting machine of the latest style, made in July 2017.
It has two drilling-heads and a tufting-head, which drills holes and tufts filaments synchronously. After finishing a brush, the machine automatically stops, so that operator could take out the finished roller brush and put into another new brush piece to be processed. After changing the roller brush piece, operator presses "Start" button to resume the prodution again.
