This is a small 2-axis 2-head roller brush drilling & tufting machine, with a drilling-head and a tufting-head, which drills holes and tufts filaments synchronously. It's suitable for making small roller brushes with the size range as below:

Maximum outer diameter of plastic roller piece (without filaments): 115mm (Other size could be customized)

Maximum length of plastic roller piece: 1000mm (1m)

Maximum length of filaments (outside holes): 120mm

If you'd like to make big roller brushes which are 2m or 3m long, we'd like to suggest a 2-axis long-roller brush machine instead.
