In the above video, it's a CNC industrial roller brush drilling and filling machine making a small roller brush with white acrylic filaments, which is a kind of high-end brush model used to polish TV screens or computer screens. It's made for our Thai customer.

The maximum size of roller brushes it can produce is 1200mm (Length) x 100mm (Outer Diameter). Of course a machine in other different size range could be customized.

If you'd like to produce roller brushes which are 2m or 3m long, another bigger roller brush making machine is recommended.

If you'd like to use a machine to produce both roller brushes and disk brushes, this dualpurpose brush making machine is suggested.
