The maximum size of the roller brush model produced by this 3-axis 3-head machine is 400MM (length) x 180MM (outer diameter, without filaments), therefore it's equipped with two grippers on worktable. (You might be interested to see another 3-axis 3-head machine with three grippers on worktable)
Drilling holes and tufting filaments are done synchronously.
After finishing a roller brush, the machine automatically stops to let operator change the brush pieces. After operator takes out the finished roller brush and puts another new brush base into the gripper, he needs to press "Start" button to resume drilling and tufting again.
