It's a CNC 2-axis brush filling machine in the above video, making a red scrub brush with two-colored filaments.

Equipped with Panasonic servo motors, its fastest filling speed is 8 holes per second. However, during the daily production, we'd like to suggest keeping the working speed at 6 holes per second, so as to decrease the wear and tear.

The maximum filling area of our standardized 2-axis brush filling machine is 400mm (Length) x 200mm (Width), thus customers could select to put either two scrub brushes or four scrub brushes on the worktable, which is optional.

But, your own plastic scrub brush bases are moulded without holes? Don't worry! Please take a look at this 2-axis 3-head machine with integrated functions of both drilling and filling, which drills holes and fills holes with filaments synchronously.
