In the above video, it's a CNC 2-axis high-speed scrub brush filling machine with Panasonic servo motors, the maximum filling speed is 8 holes per second.

What's the hourly output? Let's take a normal scrub brush model with 85 holes as an example and calculate according to 7 holes per second, then the hourly output is around 270 PCS!

Besides scrub brushes, this 2-axis brush filling machine can also make many other different brush models, such as plastic brooms, wire brushes and painting brushes, as long as all the tufting surfaces are completely flat. Please also bear in mind that all the plastic brush bases should be moulded with holes in advance.

If you prefer to use plastic brush bases moulded without holes, then, a 2-axis 3-head machine or a 2-axis 5-head machine with drilling function is recommended.
