It's a CNC 4-axis broom tufting machine with servo motors, the tufting method is staple-type (round wire). It's making fan-shaped brooms with orange filaments. Under "Automatic Mode", it makes brooms continuously, non-stop. As a 4-axis machine, the broom filaments could be tufted tilting at different angles.

Comparatively speaking, 4-axis tufting machines are used to make those quality plastic brooms, which are heavy and thick, with flat, curved or fan-shaped surfaces.

However, another 2-axis broom tufting machine with automatic feeding system is suggested to manufacturers who prefer to produce cheap brooms which are thin and light in weight.
