This is a CNC 4-axis broom tufting machine with safety cover, the tufting method is staple-type (round wire), which is making white plastic brooms with grey filaments. With two grippers holding two brooms on worktable, it makes brooms continuously under "Automatic Mode", non-stop.
Many suppliers use this model to make those quality plastic brooms with flat, curved and fan-shaped surfaces.
Please kindly note that it's a tufting machine only, thus all the plastic broom bases should be moulded with holes in advance.
