This is a big-sized 4-axis broom tufting machine, the maximum length of filaments (outside holes) allowed is 180mm, which is 60mm longer than that of our standardized broom tufting machine.
Its tufting method is staple-type (round wire), it's suitable for making flat brooms, curved brooms, fan-shaped brooms and ceiling cleaning brushes with long filaments, etc. With two grippers holding two brooms on worktable, it makes plastic brooms continually under "Automatic Mode", non-stop.
