In the above video, it's a CNC 4-axis plastic broom filling machine.
Compared with a 2-axis broom filling machine, this 4-axis filling machine is much more flexible! Besides flat brooms, operator could also use it to produce curved brooms, fan-shaped brooms, irregularly fan-shaped brooms and even wavy brooms. Please just bear in mind that all the plastic broom bases should be moulded with holes in advance.
The maximum length of broom filaments processed by this machine is 110mm. You might be interested to take a look at another two broom machines separately processing 180mm long filaments and 260mm long filaments.
