This is an old-style 3-axis 2-head machine for making wood hairbrushes with filaments in two colors. With a drilling-head and a tufting-head, it drills holes and tufts filaments synchronously. There are four grippers holding four hairbrushes on worktable, under "Automatic Mode", it makes hairbrushes continuously, non-stop, which keeps high working efficiency.

The hairbrush displayed on the video was tufted with two kinds of filaments, one is very thin (many orange filaments were tufted into each hole), the other is thick (only a piece of blue filament was tufted into each hole). Of course, this machine can also make hairbrushes with filaments in a single color.
