This is a CNC 5-axis 3-head machine making small white cleaning brushes. With two drilling-heads and a tufting-head, it drills holes and tufts filaments at the same time. There are three grippers holding three brushes on worktable.

The major difference between a 5-axis 3-head machine and a 2-axis 3-head machine is:

By a 5-axis 3-head brush making machine, both the holes and filaments could be made tilting at different angles, which could be adjusted in program.

By a 2-axis 3-head brush making machine, all the holes and filaments are made vertical at 90 degrees only, holes and filaments cannot tilt at angles.
