This is a CNC 5-axis 3-head machine making small dishwashing brushes, with three grippers holding three dishwashing brushes on worktable. Both drilling and tufting are done synchronously.

However, to achieve higher working efficiency, a 5-axis 5-head machine is strongly recommended, which finishes two brushes within a working cycle. The hourly capacity is twice that of a 5-axis 3-head machine.

No matter operator uses a 3-head machine or a 5-head machine, there is no need to confirm the hole positions one hole by hole. All the hole positions are just divided averagely by "Divide" button in program, which is very simple and convenient.
