This is a CNC 3-axis tufting machine with servo motors, it's making a small round body-cleaning brush with white filaments. The holes were already molded with angles, thus the finished filaments still looked tilting at angles (radially), even the machine just tufted them vertically.

As you could see from the above video demonstration, its tufting surface is horizontally flat, thus operator just need use a 3-axis machine to make it.

However, if the tufting surface is convex, operator should use a 4-axis machine instead, because 4-axis machine can rotate its grippers at different angles.
