This a CNC 3-axis tufting machine making blue toilet brushes with curved surface. With servo motors, the fastest tufting speed is 6 holes per second. There are two grippers holding two toilet brushes on worktable, under "Automatic Mode", it tufts toilet brushes continually, non-stop.
Toilet brushes with curved surfaces are made by 3-axis machines; if you want to make spherical toilet brushes or hockey-type toilet brushes, 4-axis tufting machines are needed.
