This is a CNC 2-axis 3-head machine with 6 grippers, used to make small flat brushes, such as plastic scrub brushes, wood shoe cleaning brushes, etc. Please kindly note that holes drilled by this machine are vertical to the brush surface at 90 degrees, holes can't be tilting at different angles. (If you want to make flat brushes with holes tilting at different angles, a 5-axis 3-head machine would be your best choice)

Normally, only 3 grippers are installed on a standardized 2-axis 3-head machine, but for this machine displayed on the above video, there were totally 6 grippers holding 6 brushes on worktable, which was customized according to customer's requirement.
