This is a CNC 2-axis 3-head flat brush drilling and tufting machine, used to make those small flat brushes, such as baby cleaning brushes, wood shoe brushes, etc. Please note that holes drilled by this machine are vertical to the brush surface at 90 degrees, holes can't be tilting. (If you need holes tilting at different angles, a 5-axis 3-head machine would be your choice)

Three grippers are installed on worktable. When this 2-axis 3-head machine is working, in turns, it always processes on two grippers only, another gripper is left unprocessed, so that operator could pick out the finished brush from it and put in another new brush block to be processed.
