In the above video it's a CNC 3-axis 3-head machine making small round polishing brushes with khaki filaments.

As a 3-head machine, it drills holes and tufts filaments synchronously.

Equipped with three grippers holding three polishing brushes on worktable, the machine keeps working continuously under automatic mode.

After finishing each polishing brush, the gripper automatically unlocks to let operator take out the finished polishing brush and put another new plastic brush base into the gripper to be processed. Meanwhile, the machine just still keeps working on the other two grippers, non-stop. (This working principle is displayed more clearly in the video of a roller brush making machine)

Besides this small polishing brush model, can it make other different brush models? Yes, of course, operator could also use it to produce shoe brushes, wood wire brushes, snow cleaning brushes, etc, as long as the surfaces to be processed are horizontally flat.
