In the above video, it's a CNC 5-axis 3-head machine making disk brushes with black filaments.

As a matter of fact, besides the disk brush model displayed above, it can also make other different brush models listed below:

1) Flat panel brushes: 600mm (Length) x 200mm (Width)

2) Cylindrical roller brushes: 600mm (Length) x 100mm (Diameter)

3) Spherical toilet brushes: Normal Size

To produce different brush models, of course the operator must change worktable and grippers accordingly.
