Dear ***aci, it's our pleasure to receive your inquiry here and thanks so much for your interest in our machines. 1) According to your production requirements, a 5-axis 3-head machine was already quoted to you by email, which will be customized to produce 70cm disc brushes. 2) As stated on the quotation sheet, the filaments could be either vertical at 90 degrees or tilting at different angles, which is adjustable in program. 3) And the maximum length of filaments (outside holes) allowed is 120mm. You could use it to produce disk brushes with 60mm, 80mm or 90mm filaments, no problem. Should you have any further question or doubt, please do not hesitate to let us know, we'll be glad to. If your brush models are beyond the size range mentioned on the quotation sheet, no problem, please just directly tell us the maximum size of the brush model you need to produce, so that we'll be able to requote the price of a machine which could fully meet your requirements.
