This is a CNC 3-axis 2-head machine making white roller brushes. With a drilling-head and a tufting-head, it drills holes firstly and tufts filaments secondly. After drilling holes, the worktable automatically moves roller brush piece to be tufted.
If you require higher work efficiency, a 3-axis 3-head machine is strongly recommended, which drills holes and tufts filaments synchronously, and is equipped with three grippers holding three roller brushes on worktable.
