General Introduction of CNC 3-Axis 3-Head Industrial Roller Brush Making Machine WXD-3A3H03

1) This WXD-3A3H03 is a 3-axis integrated machine with two drilling-heads and a tufting-head, which drills holes and fills holes with filaments simultaneously. It's equipped with two grippers holding two roller brushes on worktable. After finishing a roller brush, the machie automatically stops to let operator take out the finished brush piece and put another new brush piece into the gripper to be processed. 2) The maximum size of the roller brush model processed by this WXD-3A3H03 is 400mm (Length) x 180mm (outer diameter, without filaments). 3) The maximum length of filaments (outside holes) processed by this WXD-3A3H03 is 120mm. Of course we are also capable of customizing machines which could produce brushes with very long filaments, for example, this is a 4-axis 2-head machine making brooms with 260mm filaments.

4) As usual, this roller brush machine WXD-3A3H03 can produce brushes with PP/PVC/PET/nylon filaments, stainless steel wires, copper wires, pig bristles or tampico filaments, but please note that it cannot do with coir filaments.

5) Setting up a program for a new roller brush model is really simple. In program, positions of holes are automatically divided by "Parameter Mode", operator just need enter three numbers for three columns mentioned as below:

How many circles are there on this roller brush? For example, operator enters "20".

How many holes are there on each circle? For example, operator enters "18".

Distance between every two circles? For example, operator enters "5".

One more step is that operator uses hand-controller to move the drilling-head to the position of hole 1 and presses "Enter", then, the program is finished! Setting up a new program probably takes only one or two minutes, which is extrememly simple and easy!

6) Theoretically speaking, this WXD-3A3H03 can make thousands of different roller brush models, as long as the size of each roller brush model is not bigger than 400mm (L) x 180mm (Dia), and of course operator must set up new programs for new brush models and use suitable grippers (fixtures).

Maintenance of 3-Axis 3-Head Industrial Roller Brush Drilling And Tufting Machine WXD-3A3H03

1) Operator should often add lubrication oil to the working parts of this roller brush machine, so as to decrease abrasion.

2) Operator should regularly check each part to see whether there is a loose screw, and please make sure to tighten it, if he finds a loose one.

3) Please keep guide rails and ballscrews clean, and make sure that there is no scrap sticking on them, so as not to decrease the precision.

4) Be sure that the electric box works under ventilative conditions; do not put this roller brush making machine under humid or high-temperature conditions; do not shake the electric box.

5) Please keep electric box far away from magnetic field, otherwise it will be probably out of control.

6) Be sure that all cables connect correctly. Red, blue and yellow cables connect with three-phase 380V wires, green cable connects with neutral wire, yellow-green cable connects with earth wire. Plugs are numbered as "1, 2, 3, 4 , 5", "1, 2, 3" are for 3-phase 380V wires, "4" is for neutral wire, "5" is for earth wire.

7) The working voltage should be stable, around AC380±10V; over-voltage will probably cause the ruin of electronics.

8) Do not knock at the touchable screen with hard articles, otherwise it'll decrease its sensibility or even break the screen. Do not drag wires rudely, either.

9) Please note that there is high-voltage electricity inside electric box. If it is out of order, only professional technicians are allowed to check and dismantle it. Non-professionals are prohibited to dismantle it, so as to avoid getting an electric shock and the ruin of data.
