1) This WXD-3A2H07 is a dual-purpose 3-axis machine of the latest style, used to produce both industrial roller brushes and flat plank/plate brushes. Isn't it really cost-effective for a manufacturer to make two kinds of different industrial brushes by the same machine?

2) With a drilling-head and a tufting-head, it drills holes and tufts filaments synchronously.

3) The maximum size of roller brush allowed is 2500mm (Length of a roller base) x 250mm (outer diameter of a roller base without filaments); the maximum size of flat plank brush allowed is 2500mm (Length) x 150mm (Width).

5) The program is set up under "Parameter Mode", operator just need enter several numbers and confirm the position of the first hole, then it's finished, which takes only two or three minutes, very simple. Automatically all the hole positions are ranged averagely by the program.

6) Please note that the physical distance between the drill bit and the tufting needle is 190mm, thus, on each brush piece there are two parts where drilling is done firstly and tufting is done secondly: one part is the first 190mm at the beginning of a brush base, the other part is the last 190mm at the end of a brush base. However, for the remaining part, drilling holes and tufting filaments are always done synchronously. Maintenance of CNC 3-Axis Dual-purpose Machine For Making Both Roller Brushes And Plank Brushes WXD-3A2H07

1) Operator should often add lubrication oil to the working parts of this dual-purpose brush machine, so as to decrease abrasion.

2) Operator should regularly check each part to see whether there is a loose screw, and please make sure to tighten it, if he finds a loose one.

3) Please keep guide rails and ballscrews clean, and make sure that there is no scrap sticking on them, so as not to decrease the precision.

4) Be sure that the electric box works under ventilative conditions; do not put this 3-axis dualpurpose brush making machine under humid or high-temperature conditions; do not shake the electric box.

5) Please keep electric box far away from magnetic field, otherwise this dual-purpose machine will be probably out of control.

6) Be sure that all cables connect correctly. Red, blue and yellow cables connect with three-phase 380V wires, green cable connects with neutral wire, yellow-green cable connects with earth wire. Plugs are numbered as "1, 2, 3, 4 , 5", "1, 2, 3" are for 3-phase 380V wires, "4" is for neutral wire, "5" is for earth wire.

7) The working voltage should be stable, around AC380±10V; over-voltage will probably cause the ruin of electronics.

8) Do not knock at the touchable screen with hard articles, otherwise it'll decrease its sensibility or even break the screen. Do not drag wires rudely, either.

9) Please note that there is high-voltage electricity inside electric box. If it is out of order, only professional technicians are allowed to check and dismantle it. Non-professionals are prohibited to dismantle it, so as to avoid getting an electric shock and the ruin of data.
