This is a CNC 3-axis 3-head roller brush drilling and tufting machine, with two drilling-heads and a tufting-head, which drills holes and fills holes with filaments simultaneously.

The maximum size of the roller brush it can process is 400mm (length) x 180mm (diameter), machine in bigger size could be customized.

In program, the positions of all the holes are automatically divided by the computer, there is no need to confirm the positions of holes one by one, which is simple and easy.
